Warranty - Returns

Plugsharge Return Policy:

If you're dissatisfied with your Plugsharge purchase, you have the option to return it within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that you adhere to the conditions and exclusions outlined below:

Eligibility Conditions
Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 25% restocking fee.

  • All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code), and must include all packing material and accessories.
    • If you discarded your original shipping box, it will be the customer’s responsibility to find and pay for an appropriate return box and packaging. Plugsharge will not reimburse any cost of the box and packaging.
  • We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 10 business days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If you feel that it is taking longer than usual to receive your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company for assistance.

Please note: Shipping and handling costs to your location and returning to our
the warehouse will be deducted from your final refund amount.


Warranty:

All Plugsharge products come with a one-year product warranty starting from the date of receipt of the product. Any failure of your product as a result of its normal intended use (breakdown, defect, etc. that prevents the user from operating the product as intended) will be replaced during this warranty period. We may request photos of the issue with your item when you contact us. If we determine that the product failure occurred as a result of product misuse, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. Refunds will not be issued after the 30-day return period has passed.

If an item was damaged during shipping: Please contact our customer service team with your name, order number, and photos of the damage so that we can help you resolve the issue. We can be reached at (909) 942-9642 and also at plugsharge.service@gmail.com.

Replacement parts:

If needed, replacement parts will be provided at no additional charge, as long as they are requested within one year of receipt of the product. A full product replacement is only available within the 30-day risk-free period after receipt of the product.

Cancelled orders:

If we receive your cancellation request before your order ships, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if the cancellation request is sent to Plugsharge after the order has already been shipped, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s full refund to cover the cancellation and return cost.
